James G. Ham, III
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ham joined Inotek in April 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he is responsible for all financial planning, accounting, treasury, tax and IT activities for the Company.

From September 2004 to April 2008, Mr. Ham worked for NitroMed, Inc., serving as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Ham co-founded a consulting firm providing business development and financial controls support to companies in the biotechnology industry. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Ham served as Chief Financial Officer at Clearview Projects, a consulting firm providing business development and licensing support services to the biotechnology industry. From 1977 to 2001, Mr. Ham held various positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, including positions with financial responsibility for Bristol-Myers Squibb’s US pharmaceutical business and Squibb’s US ethical pharmaceutical division as well as operational planning responsibility for the Worldwide Pharmaceutical Group, culminating in his service as Vice President of Global Business Services from 1994 to 2001.

Mr. Ham holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from St. John’s University.
